Host Acceptance
Hosts have 24 hours to accept or decline the request. Hosts should communicate promptly and may inquire for additional information before confirming.
Confirmation
Booking is confirmed upon Host acceptance and payment processing. Guests will receive a confirmation email with booking details and contact information.
Payment
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Accepted methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment services.
Fees
Applicable service fees and taxes will be displayed before checkout. Guests are responsible for all charges associated with the booking.
Security Deposits

Availability
Ensure the property is available and accessible at the agreed-upon times. Notify Guests promptly of any changes or issues that may affect their stay.
Host Conduct
Communication
Respond promptly to Guest inquiries before, during, and after the booking. Effective communication enhances the Guest experience and reduces misunderstandings.
Support
Address any issues or concerns during the stay, such as maintenance problems or neighborhood information. Be available or provide a contact person for assistance.
Compliance
Adhere to all commitments made in the Listing, including amenities, house rules, and pricing. Do not impose additional charges or rules after booking unless mutually agreed upon.

Refrain from any illegal activities on the premises, including drug use, unauthorized parties, or other prohibited conduct.
Check-Out
Follow check-out instructions provided by the Host, including returning keys, securing the property, and disposing of trash appropriately.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the Platform:
Illegal Content
- Posting or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Disseminating malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Engaging in deceptive practices, such as creating fake Listings or impersonating another person or entity.
- Providing false information during registration or transactions.
Harmful Activities
- Engaging in activities that harm or threaten the safety of others, including harassment, stalking, or discrimination.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform’s functionality or security.
Unauthorized Access
